Welcome to Our Family
Meet the Paschall Family
Kenneth and Jennifer Paschall believe that a home is more than just a place to live—it’s a place where every person is loved, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. Together with their sixteen-year-old daughter, Ellexyss (Lexi), they have built a home centered on faith, compassion, respect, and genuine relationships.
With years of experience caring for others, both Kenneth and Jennifer have worked as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and currently serve as special education paraprofessionals. Their careers have strengthened their passion for supporting individuals with unique abilities while promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful daily living.
The Paschall’s believe every individual deserves a safe, welcoming home where they are accepted for who they are. Whether sharing meals around the table, celebrating birthdays and holidays, taking a walk, or simply enjoying conversation together, they strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels like family.
Faith, Family, and Purpose
Faith is at the heart of the Paschall family. Kenneth serves as a deacon, and both Kenneth and Jennifer serve as elders in their church. Jennifer also leads the Children’s Ministry, where she enjoys teaching biblical lessons and encouraging young people in their faith.
Their Christian faith influences the way they care for others each day. They believe in showing patience, kindness, grace, honesty, and unconditional love. Their goal is to provide a peaceful home where every individual feels respected, supported, and encouraged.
A Life Filled with Connection
The Paschalls enjoy spending quality time together and making memories as a family. They love sharing home-cooked meals, taking scenic drives through the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, visiting local parks and waterfalls, enjoying picnics, attending community events, and relaxing together at home.
Jennifer enjoys gardening, decorating their home, and creating a warm, comfortable environment where others feel welcome. Kenneth enjoys cooking and grilling for family and friends, while Lexi enjoys participating in family activities, church, and spending time with those around her.
Whether they’re enjoying a quiet evening on the porch, watching a favorite movie, or gathering around the dinner table, the Paschalls believe that life’s greatest blessings are found in spending time together.
A Place to Belong
The Paschall family believes every person has unique gifts, abilities, and dreams. Their desire is to provide more than quality care—they want to provide a true home where individuals are encouraged, supported, and included as part of the family.
They understand that every person grows at their own pace and deserves opportunities to build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and participate in everyday family life. The Paschalls are committed to providing a stable, loving environment where each individual feels safe, heard, respected, and valued.
For the Paschalls, opening their home is more than providing support—it’s opening their hearts. Their hope is that every person who joins their family experiences the comfort, encouragement, and lasting sense of belonging that every individual deserves.
